I purchased a fendi first clutch from giglio.com at a very competitive price. All taxes and duties included in the price, free shipping to the U.S. The item arrived within a week via UPS. The handbag is authentic and beautiful. I am very happy with the entire purchasing experience.

"Disappointed"
My order # is 1209554. I ve emailed custom service about this order 3 times already and no one has responded. This package is being returned to you guys because you guys provided missing information, and this is the 3rd time that happened to me already. I ve been waiting 1 month for this order and it was $2000 order. My $2000 was on hold for nothing, i could of bought better stuff with that $2000. I ve bought a lot from you if you check my account, but you guys dont have any good benefits or at least good customer service for loyal customer. I will be thinking about buying stuff from you site again. Just please refund my $ back

"Sending the order"
Hello everyone. I have used this store since October. And everything was fine. But my last order has not been send to me since 27th of April. The only message that I got is that the status would recently change. But there is no result until today. Customer service does not answer me. I would like to continue using this marketplace, but now it is impossible because I am not sure in them. Moreover, it will be better for them to create online customer service.

I have seen many bad and good reviews for this site,so I decided to make an order and see what happens.It took a few days for them to process my order and remembering all the recent bad reviews,I decided to contact customer service.I recieved an almost immediate response from a very kind Matteo explaining that one of the items I ordered was in a different wherehouse so it might take a little longer for delivery.Within 4 working days I recieved my package,in mint condition.Inside was a kind message from the person that packed my package,plus a voucher for 10% off my next order.I ordered a t-shirt and slides and they look perfect and are definitely authentic.Overall it took exactly 10 working days for delivery.I would most definitey buy again fom giglio.com.Also a big thanks to Matteo at customer service for being kind and professional. "No account access for refund No customer service reply"
I placed an order and would like a return. I tried calling but the calls won't go through. I tried resetting my password since I couldn't log in to my account but the system keeps writing token error. I can't reset my password, I cant access my account and I can not initiate a return. I also sent two emails which went unanswered. I am not one to write bad reviews anywhere but I am simply frustrated and do not want to lose my money.

Horrible company. No customer service. I placed an order for 1,589.00 for clothing and have not received my order with no response to the numerous emails i have sent. The number on the website is a fake number.

"Worst experience ever don't trust this website"
I am trying to reach out for a return the website keeps on logging out there is no one to talk to no response from the emails i sent many times i even tried calling many times but the line is busy always i don't like to write bad reviews but here i don't really have a choice. i hope anyone can help here very soon..

I love GIGLIO.com! :-) :-)
I like to look at the site and to search for nice luxury things. I ordered several times on GIGLIO and every time I'm so glad and proud of my boughts!! Never did I have a bad experience. They give a good service, the handbags are always good packed with a personal note. You may count for a week before you hear something about shipping and cetera... but the shipping is from Sicillia, so over sea, it's normal... After a week you can follow the track. About 2 weeks for getting your things, but I always look for it because I get the things correctly as commanded. Till next command. Salute!
