"Site works, but does it feel clunky to anyone else?"
The site works fine overall, but navigating around feels a bit clunky to me. I feel like it could be more straightforward and easier to find what I’m looking for. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Pretty smooth shipping to Canada, customs was the only surprise"
I ordered a pair of shoes to Canada and the shipping went better than I expected, the tracking didn’t show anything for the first couple days but then it updated and once it got moving it was quick.
The package showed up in about a week and the box had a little dent on one corner but the shoes were totally fine, the only annoying part was the customs fee being a bit higher than I thought it would be, not really their fault though so overall I’m happy and I’d order again if the price was right.

I’ve found their prices are usually better than a lot of other sites, which is great. Just a heads up though, shipping can add more than you’d expect, so make sure you check the total before you buy

I wasn’t really expecting anything complicated, and thankfully the checkout matched that. No strange extra steps, no errors, and the page loaded quickly the whole way through. I paid by card and got the confirmation email almost immediately, which made me feel like everything went through properly. Since it was my first time ordering from giglio.com, I mostly just wanted the payment process to feel secure and straightforward, and it did. Overall, it met my expectations and I had no issues.

I ordered a designer piece from Giglio, and when it showed up, I was excited at first. Like, finally, it’s here, let’s go. But then I opened it and something just felt slightly off.

The packaging was fine, nothing terrible, but the tags and a few little details didn’t really match up with other items I own from the same brand. Maybe it was totally legit, and I’m just being picky. Actually, no, for that price I think it’s fair to be picky.
I did contact customer service, and they replied, but I didn’t feel like they really gave me a clear answer. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it definitely didn’t leave me feeling confident. I probably wouldn’t buy luxury items from them again.

I liked that Giglio showed the customs fees before I checked out. sites always seem to hide that stuff until it’s too late, so this was a nice change. Delivery was a little slower than I hoped, but at least I wasn’t hit with any random extra charges.

"Refund is taking way too long"
I sent my order back to giglio.com and Im still waiting for the refund. They already received the item, but all I get are the same basic replies whenever I ask about it. It really shouldnt take this long to get my money back. Frustrating and I dont think Ill be ordering from them again.

"Tracking made no sense at all"
I ordered from Giglio and the tracking was useless. It was saying my package is still in Italy, then out of nowhere it was arriving that same day. I didn’t really know where my order were or what was going on. For an international order, that’s kind of stressful. I probably won’t order again if the tracking stay like this.

"Fit worked out for me"
I ordered my usual size from giglio.com and, at least for this item, it fit me really well. I can’t say if the sizing is always that accurate across everything they sell, but based on my order, the size info seemed right and I didn’t have to deal with a return. Happy with it overall...

"Shipping was much slower than expected"
I ordered this assuming it would show up within a few days, like most things usually do, but it ended up taking forever. The tracking barely changed the whole time, which made it even more frustrating because that usually means nothing is actually moving. I reached out to customer service, but they weren’t much help. If this is the normal shipping pattern, I probably won’t order again.
